The role purpose of the Technical Director / Vision Mixer is to run the Operations of the vision mixing console in accordance with the client's artistic requirements. he will full responsibility for supervising the Studio Technical team ensuring that they achieve the highest industry technical standards.

• Acting as a vital link in the production teams assisting directors and producers (internal & external) and be involved in all stages of the production process to ensure production runs smoothly
• Working in close co-operation with the Manager- Production Operations, Engineering, and the studio team, to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience thehighest levels of satisfaction.
• Ensuring the technical crew within the studio understand their responsibilities.
• Ensuring the technical quality of the studio output meets the client and TWOFOUR54's specification.
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.

• Relevant experience in professional, medium to large studio production.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to translate client's requirements into practical solutions
• Ability to work under pressure in a "live to air" environment
• Proficient operation of industry standard vision mixing consoles and effects devices.
• At least 5 years in a TV production environment with at least 2 years in a Vision Mixer/Technical Director role.
• Relevant vocational qualifications.
• Experience of working in a commercial multi-client environment.
• Experience of supervising a production operation to the highest levels of service and reliability.
