The rold purpose of the Floor Manager is to Act as a vital link in the production team, as well as acting as the link between the Studio Gallery, studio floor and audience.

• Passing-on cues from the gallery to artists, presenters and guests to ensure that timings are met.
• Working in close co-operation with the program Producer/Director, Production Supervisor, Engineering, Support and Maintenance and Sales and Bookings teams to ensure that TWOFOUR54 clients experience the highest levels of satisfaction
• Seating the audience (If appropriate).
• Liaising with Sound and Camera crew during Production
• Keeping the Producer/Director aware of any off-camera action or issues.
• Any other reasonable duties required by the management.

• Experience in professional, medium to large studio TV production.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to translate client's requirements into practical solutions.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Broadcast or Facilities environment, preferably with experience across News, Live Production, Drama and Light entertainment.
• Relevant vocational qualifications.
• Experience of working in a commercial multi-client environment.
• Experience of supervising a production operation to the highest levels of service and reliability.
