Provide first point of contact for all new clients to ensure that opportunities/ enquiries are handled efficiently and where necessary are referred to specialists within the BD team.
Provide information and initial quotations across all products.
Effectively interpret client requirement, tailor and perform product demos and advise on pricing ensuring the minimum discount is offered to secure the business.
Work in close collaboration with the production team to ensure clients requirement are understood and all quotations are accurate and comprehensive.
Generates quotes and internal follow up activities on behalf of the commercial team.
Record all clients’ contacts and details in the shared contact document.
Keep pipeline trackers up to date.
Ensure that the weekly report detailing account activity is completed.
Process new sales led within CRM.
Manage correspondence between the DB team and the clients
Monitor customer accounts. Provide data and reporting
Track and report on the teams target/budgets.
Liaises with the line manager to identify potential revenue streams and establish long term contracts and bespoke pricing.
Experience in facilities and client services and Sales At least 4-5 years’
experience in production or post-production facilities management and pro-active sales
