Build strong and effective relationships with Freelancers, acting as the key point of contact for all operational services delivered by tawasol.
Act as the conduit between the GTS and the freelancer during the licensing process
Establish early contact with the Freelancer prior to obtaining their freelance license to ensure that their needs are fully understood and agreed.
Ensure that the freelance application process is being followed thoroughly and that timescales and requirements are fully understood by all departments, and delivered on time.
Build strong relationships across the departments & amongst the freelancer community.
Act as a Customer Champion by role modeling a genuine passion for service, by challenging the status quo, and by acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Act as the point of escalation for freelancer issues that are faced in the process.
Manage and prioritise daily activities in order to ensure that the most urgent and important customer needs are delivered.
Proven experience of working in operational/service oriented organization
Demonstrable commitment to the improvement of customer service
1-2 years in a customer facing role
Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
