Builds and maintains a detailed understanding of all the dept. services, and the operational processes and procedures that underpin these.
Be highly responsive to the requests received from the customer care for services related to visas , residency renewals, cancellations, change of status, document amendments and related other services.
Act in a highly professional and courteous manner at all times.
Ensure that instructions/queries/service requests are completed accurately, first time and every time.
Ensure high standards are maintained for written and spoken Arabic and English as required.
Builds working relationships across the team, and the broader GTS department to support changing business needs and, for example, the need to cover for colleagues and other team members.
Prioritises the daily activities in order to ensure that the most urgent and important services and tasks are delivered. Support other team members to do the same.
Works with and assists in improving the department’s performance/customer experience by generating ideas for change.
Identifies process improvements in order to reduce handoffs, improve turnaround times and therefore improve customer service. Support others to do the same.
Ensures that assigned projects and processes are followed and completed accurately efficiently.
Works to ensure best customer services at all times in accordance with the principle of excellent customer service.
Ensures that government applications are typed accurately without any mistakes and the correct information is captured
Proactively communicate and escalate issues where necessary.
