Facilities Coordinator (Bilingual-Arabic& English)
To manage and coordinate the company’s assets, equipment
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Manage enquiries
Manage all enquiries both internal and external related to Facilities
Management and ensure timely responses.
Record and report, when necessary to the Director of Facilities Management to ensure continuous improvement.
2. Compliance inspections
Undertake regular building inspections
Coordinate and follow up on any works that may require rectification
Provide a report on a weekly basis to the Director of Facilities Management.
Coordinate with mechanical, electrical and plumbing, cleaning services, security services, internal business units and external contractors to ensure that all works are completed in a timely manner.
3. Policy compliance
Ensure the intent of Facilities Management policies
4. Asset Register
Maintain the asset register for all company assets to include but not limited to, equipment, furniture etc.
Ensure an annual audit is undertaken of the asset register for audit purposes.
Fit out coordination
Access permit to the contractor and coordination.
Follow up for NOC letters
As built drawing
Valet Parking & Parking Lot
Ensure that daily cleaning is done as per Cleaning request from partners and maintain the cleaning standard
Daily coordination for furniture shifting, office cleaning, building façade cleaning, communal area cleaning and external area cleaning.
Education, Experience & Skills
ï‚§ Property management experience
ï‚§ 7-10 years’ experience in FM
ï‚§ Supervisory skills are mandatory
ï‚§ MENA experience (highly desirable)
ï‚§ Arabic (desirable)
ï‚§ Business degree
