Compliance Senior Specialist

The Compliance Senior Specialist is part of the Regulatory Affairs Department, leading the Compliance Unit. Within this unit, the Senior Specialist assists the Regulatory Affairs Director in the development of the regulatory framework from a compliance perspective and ensures the compliance of activities within the regulatory framework, by identifying non-compliance and implementing measures to ensure the compliance or sanction. Moreover, the Compliance Senior Specialist manages the implementation of compliance-breach measures and sanctions in the case of non-compliance.   Lastly, the Compliance Senior Specialist assists the Regulatory Affairs Director in providing compliance related regulatory advice to other departments of CMA on a needs-basis.
